A person can be charged with Driving Under the Influence in South Carolina if an officer considers him/her under the influence of either drugs or alcohol. In most cases, the Department of Motor Vehicles will take immediate action against you by suspending your driver’s license. In addition to appearing in court for you on the DUI charge, we are available to assist you with your license suspension and any administrative action the Department of Motor Vehicles may take against you.
