Notable achievements:Prior to practicing law, Breen served honorably in the United States Navy as a firefighter aboard an aircraft carrier in Norfolk, Virginia, and later as base security in Yokosuka, Japan.  While attending the Charleston School of Law, Breen interned with the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office for one semester, and later clerked full-time for the Honorable Daniel F. Pieper of the South Carolina Court of Appeals for over one year.
